Shipping Policy

At RefrigerantWell, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient shipping service for every order. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Under normal operating conditions, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please note that processing time refers to the time required for order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier. It does not include transit time after the package has been shipped.

2. Shipping Method

We offer free shipping via FedEx on all eligible orders.

All shipments are arranged through FedEx to provide reliable service and tracking. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, local carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, holidays, or other unexpected delays beyond our control.

4. Friday Shipments

Orders scheduled for shipment on Friday may experience slight delays due to warehouse processing schedules and carrier pickup arrangements.

While we always do our best to ship on time, some Friday orders may not begin moving until the next business day.

5. Weekend Policy

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Any order placed on the weekend, or after business hours on Friday, will normally be processed on the next business day.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

6. Unsupported Shipping Areas

At this time, we only ship to serviceable addresses within the continental United States.

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Remote islands, offshore territories, and other non-standard delivery areas

If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after the shipping label is created. In some cases, the package may already be in transit before the first scan is shown in the carrier system.

8. Shipping Delays

Although we aim to ship and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or peak seasons
  • Temporary warehouse scheduling adjustments
  • Delivery route disruptions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, delays or delivery problems may occur. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Once the package has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

10. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or if you experience any unusual delivery issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and assist you accordingly.

To help us investigate efficiently, please provide your order number and any relevant photos or delivery details.
