No Return Policy

At RefrigerantWell, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any orders once they have been delivered.

Many of the items we sell, including refrigerants, gases, and other regulated products, are classified as hazardous, pressurized, or safety-sensitive materials. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at refrigerantwell@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery for any reason other than damage, defect, or shipment error.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Refrigerants, Gases ,Hazardous materials ,Flammable or pressurized products ,Opened or used items, Sale items, Gift cards, Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us and we will review the case accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a return or claim has been approved due to damage, defect, or shipping error. If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
